Phase One

Discovery

If you're looking for a way to finally take control of your health, a discovery session with Dr. Owen is the perfect place to start. During this initial consult, Dr. Owen will take a detailed look at your health history and work with you to set the stage for your transformational care. This is an important first step in making lasting changes to your health and well-being.

During your discovery session, you will be asked about your health goals and concerns. He’ll also conduct a thorough review of your medical history and any current medications or supplements you're taking. This information will help him develop a personalized care plan that's tailored to your specific needs.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the care process and what to expect. Dr. Owen is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that will help you achieve your best possible health.

Phase Two

Exploration

When it comes to our health, ignorance is NOT bliss and this is why Exploration is the second phase of your transformational care. During this session, you will dive deep into your health in order to find out what is causing your current issues. This might include functional lab work and diet analysis followed by strategic supplementation.

By taking these steps, you will be able to get to the root cause of your health problems and start working on fixing them.

Functional Lab Work

Optimizing treatment requires the right diagnostics.

To combat stress in your day-to-day life, boost your energy or combat inflammation, we need to know what’s happening within. Testing helps create a whole picture of you - the individual - and helps us curate a treatment plan specific to you and your needs.

Other tests that may be considered include hormone panels, an environmental pollutants profile, an adrenal function panel and more…

Promoting Empowered Eating Habits

We need to provide the body with the building blocks it needs to achieve a better state of health. This part of your intake helps passionate promoters of good eating (like myself!) understand what foods serve you best.
